Hi, I’m Jenson — founder of Total Web Solutions.
Humble Beginning
My journey into digital began not with confidence, but with curiosity. I was trained in a completely different field, but I was drawn to the world of websites, digital marketing, and online businesses.
The Problems I Kept Running Into
Back then, hiring a web designer was costly. And even if you had a great-looking site, hosting was a nightmare. Slow speeds, overloaded servers, and vague technical specs that confused non-tech users like me.
Learning What Good Hosting Actually Requires
I tried VPS hosting, thinking it was the solution, but ended up signing onto outdated hardware or oversold plans. Every site needed different specs, yet most providers offered only cookie-cutter setups with no clarity.
Building the Technical Foundation
So I decided to learn it all; how to manage cloud servers, what specs matter, and how to make hosting cost-effective without sacrificing performance.
That’s when the light bulb turned on.

Once I solved the hosting puzzle, I focused on design. I started helping others: friends, small business owners who needed websites that worked and looked good.

But then came the next challenge: no traffic. That sparked the next chapter which is diving deep into SEO, Google Ads, and how to drive meaningful visibility.

From learning to execution, I slowly built a full-service model: from design and hosting, to visibility and growth.
It didn’t happen overnight.
But over time, what began as a freelance project became a micro agency. Small, lean, and fully cloud-based. Today, Total Web Solutions helps clients across Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia build beautiful, functional, and visible websites, all managed under one digital roof.
