Beyond+ — BIM & VDC Services Website Design, Singapore
Singapore · Regional

Deep technical services, made scannable.
Its scope is deep and technical: Revit BIM modelling, Scan-to-BIM, BIM coordination and clash detection, As-Built/COBie/6D BIM, AR/VR and digital twin work, CORENET X e-submission support, ISO 19650 consultancy, 4D/5D workflows and BIM training. The brand’s stance is deliberately grounded — “we only care about whether it actually helps the people on site.”
Total Web Solutions delivered the website design and SEO structure, with hosting managed by our team — website design for technical B2B firms in practice.
The Challenge
Like many technical B2B firms, Beyond+’s challenge was translating a genuinely deep service catalogue into a structure that project managers and QS teams could scan quickly, while keeping the practical, anti-hype brand voice intact.
The enquiry step mattered too: in B2B construction, a generic contact form is where interest goes to die, so the site needed a more concrete way to start a conversation.
Our Strategy
At launch, while the trust section waited on client logos and testimonials, the service depth itself was structured to act as the competence proof — precise scope descriptions signal capability in a way generic claims never could.
The standout strategic move is the entry offer: “Send Drawings / Models for Review” via WhatsApp — an unusually concrete, low-commitment B2B first step that fits exactly how these buyers evaluate a partner. An Insights blog supports technical authority, and managed hosting by Total Web Solutions keeps the platform dependable.
Design Direction
The mega-menu and expandable service architecture put clarity above spectacle, which is itself the right aesthetic signal for an audience of contractors and consultants who value substance.
SEO & Content Structure
Each named service section gives these terms a dedicated on-page home, Industries pages add stakeholder-language variants, and the Insights blog captures informational queries from BIM managers and coordinators, internally linked to the matching service — SEO built around niche B2B search terms.
Clean metadata, Organization schema and FAQ-ready content complete the structure. For terms this specific, being the clearly organised answer is the strategy — this structured the website around search intent and prepared the site for SEO growth in a specialist niche. Since July 2026 we have also run the ongoing search optimisation, and the dated SEO record further down this page shows what it has and has not moved so far.
Conversion Flow
The drawings-review offer converts evaluation-stage interest that a contact form would lose, giving the firm a clearer pathway for enquiries from technical buyers.

The SEO record — checked 2 October 2026
What Google shows, and how to check it yourself
Beyond+ launched on a brand-new domain. Third-party rank tracking had no record of the site in Google Singapore until 26 July 2026, a few weeks into our search optimisation. Below is what Google showed on 2 October, where it was checked from, and the work behind it. We list the searches that have not moved yet as well as the one that has.
Ordinary results · live Google check from Singapore, 2 Oct 2026
| Search | Position | Device |
|---|---|---|
| corenet x code of practice | #2 | Desktop |
| corenet x code of practice | #5 | Mobile |
| bim services singapore | Not in the first 9 | Desktop |
| bim execution plan singapore | Not in the first 9 | Desktop |
| ifc sg | Not in the first 9 | Desktop |
The page that ranks is CORENET X from 1 October 2026, published on 21 September 2026. Positions count ordinary results only; Google’s Maps listings and AI Overview are left out. Rankings move week to week and differ by device, so we re-check every month and date every figure.
What we changed, and when
| Date | Work |
|---|---|
| Jul 2026 | 13 service pages rewritten and 2 course pages added, each aimed at one search; page titles and descriptions rewritten across the site |
| 9–21 Jul 2026 | 8 articles published, including CORENET X vs CORENET 2.0, What Is IFC-SG and a CORENET X submission checklist |
| Jul 2026 | Structured data for the firm, its services and its articles; reviewer and last-updated details on the service pages; every page linked from at least one other |
| 26 Aug 2026 | CORENET X articles updated to the new timeline in URA circular DC26-08; BIM Execution Plan guide rebuilt for what searchers actually want |
| 11 Sep 2026 | On-page audit; 24 descriptions and 9 titles rewritten; a free 9-page BIM Execution Plan template published |
| 12 Sep 2026 | BIM workflow page rebuilt around the CORENET X submission stages; interactive BIM demonstrations added to the service pages |
| 21 Sep 2026 | Two CORENET X articles published ten days before the 1 October change; enquiry prompts added to 16 pages |
| Every week | Rankings and competitors checked, with a monthly report to Beyond+ |
What we think moved it
Timing and a cluster to sit in. From 1 October 2026, submissions through CORENET X became mandatory for new projects of 5,000 m² and above, a change every Singapore project team had to plan for. The explainer went live ten days earlier, linked to the CORENET X and IFC-SG guides already on the site. Google does not publish its reasons, so this is our reading of the evidence, not a proof.
What has not moved yet
Searches for the service itself, such as “bim services singapore”, are still led by established firms, directories and government guides, and three competitors hold the Maps listings for that search. beyondplus.sg is a new domain and very few other websites link to it yet. In our experience, that is what holds a new site back on commercial searches, and it takes longer to fix than content does.
Check it yourself
- Visit the live site
- Search “corenet x code of practice” (results depend on where you are)
- See the BIM Execution Plan guide and template
- Run Google’s speed test on the site
- Test the site’s structured data
What comes next
Faster loading on phones, starting with the homepage; an enquiry form, so enquiries can be counted as well as rankings; a Singapore BIM Execution Plan template page; and an article on what BIM coordination services include.
